With your report in this whistleblower channel, you can reach our internal reporting office at Fronius. The internal reporting office is managed by the compliance team. One of the members of the Compliance team will personally take care of your request. Of course, your request and your identity will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

In this reporting channel, you have the opportunity to submit your report confidentially, stating your name and contact details in accordance with the EU Directive on the protection of whistleblowers (RL 2019/1937, "Whistleblower Directive"), so that we can inform you about further steps and measures be able.

We would also like to give you the opportunity to submit reports anonymously. The Whistleblower Directive and the national legislature do not stipulate an obligation to set up an anonymous reporting channel, but Fronius has made a conscious decision to also offer the option of anonymous reports in order to use the reporting channel as best as possible. You have two options when submitting an anonymous report. You can send only the text of the message and you cannot enter your name or your contact details. In this case, we unfortunately cannot inform you about our steps and measures, but we are happy to process the content of your report. If you would also like to be contacted and informed about our steps and measures, you have the option of providing an anonymous email address (such as: 123@gmx.at), which we would be happy to use to contact you anonymously. In both cases thses are anonymous reports and your identity cannot be traced to us. However, we will be happy to treat your anonymously reported concern in the same way and take appropriate follow-up steps.

We can expressly assure you that you will not suffer any disadvantages in the company as a result of your reporting behavior and thank you for your report.
