Whistleblower - Reporting Channel

The use of Fronius Whistleblowing System enables anonymous reporting to Fronius International GmbH’s Compliance Department.

By reporting, you support Compliance at Fronius and actively contribute to the investigation of violations.

In order to protect you as a whistleblower, this secure communication platform also allows you to submit anonymous reports. As long as you do not enter any data that could allow to identify you, the Whistleblowing System will protect your identity even in the following communications.

You have two options when submitting an anonymous report. You may only send the reporting message and not enter your name or contact details. In this case, we will be unfortunately unable to inform you about our steps and measures. If you wish to be contacted and informed about our steps and measures, you may use an anonymous e-mail address (such as: 123@gmx.at), through which we will be happy to contact you anonymously. In both cases of an anonymous report, we cannot trace your identity. However, we will be happy to deal with your anonymously reported concern in the same way and take the appropriate follow-up steps.

All reports submitted will be processed by the Compliance Department of Fronius International GmbH.

An employee from the Compliance team who is responsible for processing internal reports will use this contact information to inform you about the follow-up measures to your report and, if necessary, to obtain further information from you if you wish to provide it. Your report will be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Article 16 of the Whistleblower Directive and your identity will not be disclosed to anyone other than the Compliance team, who is responsible for processing internal reports, without your express consent.

* By sending this report, Fronius processes the personal data contained in the report text and, in the case of non-anonymous reports, the name and contact details of the whistleblower for the purpose of operating a confidential reporting channel and the associated further measures on the basis of the legal obligation under the Whistleblower Directive on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law (Directive 2019/1937).
